We wanted to grill one night and I decided to make kabobs. Here was our quick kabobs.
2lbs beef (I bought beef tips)
2 Medium Onions, Largely Chopped
2 Green Peppers, Largely Chopped
2 Containers whole mushrooms, Cut in half
Jack Daniels Steak Marinade
1. Place beef in marinade about an hour before you want to cook. If they are big chunks, consider cutting them smaller if you want them well done.
2. Submerge sticks in water. They need to soak for about 25 minutes so they don’t catch on fire.
3. Heat up the grill.
4. Put beef, onions, peppers, and mushrooms on sticks. Load them up and organize however you want (I’m big on mushrooms so I have extra mushrooms)
5. Place on grill.
6. Cook until meat is done to your liking.
This recipe can be changed easily. Add veggies. Swap for a different meat. Just make sure whatever meat you use is cooked properly!
