Pumpkin Fluff

This was my dessert contribution for Thanksgiving. Really simple and delicious. I’m only starting to eat pumpkin flavored items but I loved this one.

What You Need:

  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free or 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
  • pumpkin spice (to taste)



  1. Combine all ingredients in order.
  2. Chill for 2 hours.


So I paired this with honey graham crackers. It was delicious.  I also just threw it all in tupperware and mixed it up in there (hence my slightly terrible photo).  The original link is here.  According to the site it’s only about 150 calories, 4 weight watcher points, and its enough for 4.  I’m really tempted to give this a graham cracker pie crust and serve it as a pie sometime.
