Spinach and Feta Stuffed Turkey Burgers

One of my quick weeknight dinner options.  Super easy and delicious. 0714141652a

What you need:

  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oil (olive or vegetable)

  1. Start heating oil over medium heat in pan/skillet large enough for 4 burgers.  (You can grill these as well)
  2. Mix together ingredients.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Place patties into pan. Cook on each side until brown
  5. Serve on bun, sandwich thin, or however you feel. Delicious with some honey dijon mustard.

Per Patty: 259 Calories, 25g protein, 11g fat, 305mg sodium, 1g sugar
